All vehicles are sold "AS IS". Seller reserves the right to withdraw ANY vehicle from bidding. The auction listing is to be used as a GUIDE ONLY, it is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to verify all information. All vehicles are sold RED LIGHT, and all sales are "FINAL". There is a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE CASH deposit due at time of bid. You have 48 hours to pay the balance by CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS ONLY made payable to Northern Ohio Towing, Inc. No personal checks will be accepted. All vehicles are to be removed from the lot NO LATER than Friday of that week. There will be a $4.00 per day storage fee for any vehicle left on the lot past Friday. If for any reason you are unable to pay for the vehicle, you will FORFEIT your $150.00 deposit and ANY future buying rights. There is a $65.00 NON-REFUNDABLE buyers fee. Any vehicle purchased today, MUST remain on the lot until the auction is completed. NO ONE under 16 years of age will be permitted in the sale area.
